As I sit on hold trying to reschedule an appointment for my son, I can’t help but wonder how much time I’ve spent over the past year managing appointments, dealing with pharmacies, and navigating insurance prior authorizations and denials. It’s exhausting. It’s also why we’ve tried to erase as many health care headaches as possible at Good Land Physical Therapy & Wellness.
If you don’t love bouncing between different people on the phone or endlessly waiting on hold, we get it. At Good Land Physical Therapy & Wellness, you have direct communication with Sarah and Lauren via email, text, or phone call (your preference!) during normal business hours. We also do our best to return calls and messages as quickly as possible at nights and on weekends. We understand how frustrating it can be to simply get the answers (and relief!) you need.
You’d rather avoid a phone call completely? We totally get it, and we’re not offended. We also offer simple online scheduling. You can look at our availability on your own time and find an appointment that works for you.
We also get you in quickly, often within a day or two. When you’re in pain, time is of the essence. Research shows early treatment helps people get better faster. This usually means fewer visits (more cost savings!) and getting back to your normal life more quickly. We’ve heard of patients recently waiting four to six weeks for a first appointment. That is way too long when you’re in pain.
